Submit your request via the contact form, and I’ll respond within 24 hours. If you’d like a brief chat before booking an appointment, please phone during business hours. This is not a 24 hour emergency number – please call your conventional  vet for afterhours support.

Information Required Before Consultation

·       Completed Client Consent Form and Questionnaire (sent separately via email after making contact)

·       Veterinary history and records (including any specialist reports)

·       A recent photo of your animal companion

·       Your key treatment goals and primary concerns

Consultation

Consultations may be held in person (for local clients) or via telemedicine/phone—whichever option works best for you. Please allow at least one hour for the Comprehensive Holistic Consultation.
My approach combines conventional and holistic veterinary principles to deliver well-rounded, individualized care. Each holistic consultation takes into account your animal’s overall health, lifestyle, and well-being.

Treatment Options & Costs

• Supplement and treatment options will be discussed during the consultation.

• You will receive a tentative invoice before any products are dispensed, ensuring transparency around costs.

• Please note that treatment costs are in addition to the consultation fee.

After the Comprehensive & Follow-Up Consultation

• You will receive a written summary of the consultation.

• With your consent, I recommend communicating with your conventional veterinarian.

• A follow-up appointment is recommended 3–4 weeks after the initial consultation, or sooner for more serious conditions.

Ongoing Care

The duration of holistic protocols varies between patients and depends on both the nature of the condition and how long your companion has been unwell. I am available for email or phone support initially post-consult. If the level of support is ongoing, additional consultation fees may apply.
