Mayzin – Cancer Support

Mayzin is a stunning 9 year old Mountain Bred Mare.

She was delivered on a cattle truck as a two year old following the Kaikoura earthquake. There was a lot of stress and separation anxiety around moves over this time. In late December 2024 a growth developed on the right side of her face.

Her diet was supplemented with "hard feed" - meadow chaff, ground linseed, organic cider vinegar, garlic, salt, turmeric and Equilibrium B1 Cool Mix. This improved her dull coat but did little to reduce the growth.

The "lump" was identified as a sarcoma by two vets.

Their recommendations were: Vet 1. Sedation and surgically removal with a 45% success rate. Vet 2. Sedation and series of Carboplatin injections "depending on how the sarcoid responded”.

The owner then explored holistic treatment options. Treatment Goals: To reduce the cancerous lesion on the side of the face and support the immune system.

Integrative Treatment Plan: A herbal tincture was prescribed along with a topical essential oil remedy to apply directly onto the tumour. The herbs and anticancer, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antianxiety and healing actions.

Outcome: Mayzin has had a positive response to the treatment protocol and the sarcoma has resolved.

Owners Feedback:

'I am thrilled to write a testimonial for Jacqui. My mountain bred mare from Muzzle Station was delivered on a cattle truck as a two year old, following the Kaikoura earthquake. Following multiple moves together in June 2024 we had to reside on different properties inducing separation anxiety. Mayzin had a gelding for company but due to the poor pasture and reduced attention to her daily needs her health deteriorated. A lump grew on her face in December 2024 which began a journey of research and seeking advice.

I fed supplemented ‘hard feed’, meadow chaff, ground linseed, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, turmeric and Equilibrium B1 Cool Mix. This improved her dull coat but did little to reduce the growth.

This lump was identified as a sarcoma by two vets and their recommendations were:

Vet 1 - Sedation and surgical removal - 45% success.

Vet 2 - Sedation and a series of Carboplatin injections - ‘depending on the response’

I knew there had to be an alternative treatment through my own experience and positive results.

Then I found Jacqui, from February the 18th her much researched herbal remedies and essential oils, had an immediate effect and within two months the sarcoma had completely resolved.

Mayzin is now in good health and both of us are very happy and so grateful for Jacqui’s expertise and genuine honest care. I will continue to recommend her to all animal lovers and owners'.
